Medical experience and its role in proving the crime

Abstract

This study touched on a topic of great importance in criminal evidence, which is the role of medical expertise in criminal evidence as an analytical study, given that medical expertise is one of the most important means of criminal evidence, due to the effective and important role that it plays as a means of verifying the existence of crime. The subject of the study included two topics. The first topic included the concept of medical expertise, and the second topic was devoted to explaining the role of the medical expert in criminal evidence
