This study aims to identify the strategic management of primary education administration leaders in applying the holistic thinking style. The researcher used the descriptive survey method as it suits the research objectives. The study focused on head teachers of primary schools in Dhi Qar Governorate's Qalat Suker Department. The research sample, consisting of 55 male and female head teachers, was selected from public primary schools in the same area. The researcher used the research tool, which is the questionnaire, to collect the necessary data for the research. It included (15) items, the validity and reliability of which were extracted. Statistical treatments were also used to analyze the research data using arithmetic means, standard deviations, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The study's findings revealed that head teachers held a significant degree of fundamental knowledge in strategic management, particularly when implementing the holistic thinking approach. The researcher considered this to be the most noteworthy result of the study. In light of the research findings, the researcher presented several recommendations Based on the current research results, the researcher put forth several proposals, the most significant of which was to direct graduate students in

 

 Iraqi university administration and educational supervision departments to conduct qualitative research and studies on patterns of strategic thinking, its practices, and its obstacles. This call to action underscores the potential contribution of these students to the field and the importance of their involvement in further research, which could significantly advance our understanding of strategic management in primary education.
