Skills (teaching - guidance) of students applied from the point of view of educational and scientific supervisors
Abstract
This research aims to identify "skills (teaching - guidance) among students applied from the point of view of educational and scientific supervisors" and in order to
achieve this researchers prepared a note card for teaching skills - guidance and the number (40) skills, by (20) skills related to teaching, and (20) skills related to guidance and divided into two areas of professional performance, and the field of personality traits. After confirming the sincerity and stability of the tool, represented by the observation card adopted by the researchers in this research, and after the observation card is ready In its final form, the researchers distributed it to a sample of educational and scientific supervisors numbering (30) teaching and teaching with experience and knowledge from the professors of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education for Educational Sciences / University of Wasit on the research sample of (114) applied and applied.
Using the weighted mean and percentage weight, the researchers found that the performance of the applicants of the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences was acceptable in the skill (scientific aspect), and relatively acceptable in the field of (educational aspect). He was weak in counseling skills (the field of professional performance , and the domain of personality traits).
