Abstract

       This research deals with the issue of peace in the Red Sea, and its link to the issue of Ethiopian society towards the phenomenon of depletion of its resources by major countries, and the challenges it produces as a result of the continuous pressure to invest in the black continent, including the concept of investment from a direct challenge to the issue of stability in the Horn of Africa, through Saudi Arabia's insistence on moving forward with large-scale investment projects in Ethiopia, in order to provide Saudi society with human energies working,  As well as providing sustainable agricultural resources, Saudi-Ethiopian relations are one of the most influential bilateral relations in many axes, especially the geographical axis represented by the coasts of the Red Sea, as well as the regions of the Horn of Africa   .
