Obstacles and components of Iraqi societal peace

Abstract

    Developed countries are characterized by the presence of a political system that protects the rights of individuals and maintains the safety of society, while Third World countries, particularly fragile ones that are going through complex political, security and economic conditions, suffer from great difficulties in achieving societal peace, which represents the most prominent components of the state’s strength. Due to the importance of this concept, it will be discussed in this research. Discussing the obstacles and components of achieving societal peace in Iraq after 2003. The first section deals with the concept of societal peace and the factors that threaten it, and the second section deals with the components of achieving Iraqi societal peace, then conclusions and proposals.
