ABSTRACT

This research deals with the experience of forming Rotary clubs in Iran, and determining their activities within Iranian society and their connections with external forces, through the analytical and descriptive framework of the approach adopted in presenting this material.

The study provides an insight into the main motives behind the formation of this club, its contributions to internal issues, and mentions some of its figures. The study relied mainly on SAVAK documents that did not neglect anything stray or included in the movements of the members of that club and identifying the main points about the policies of its supporters and their sources of funding. It also discussed the position of the club and its members on the ruling regime in Iran. The study reached several results at the end, which were included in the conclusions at the end of the study.
