Self-awareness among educational counselors in the education of Dhi Qar province

Abstract

The aim of current research the to assess the level self awareness among educational counselors in the directorate of education in Thi qar and to identify the significance of differences in self awareness among educational counselors, the research sample consisted of 150 counselors comprising 59 male counselors and 91 female selected from the original community of counselors, counselors totaling 532 the researchers adopted the Qarghuli self awareness scale 2011 and reliability and validity indicator were extracted the research findings indicate that educational counselors have self awareness with statistical significance differences observed in terms of tenure but not in terms of gender
