Abstract

    The Islamic society is considered one of the societies based on several principles and teachings derived from the divine law and the Prophet’s biography, its foundations and method... in order for life to be upright according to the human perspective. Therefore, the Islamic countries that succeeded in adopting the policy of servants tried to preserve the social structure that leads to political stability and

thus the survival of power and influence in the hands of specific people. They inherit rule among themselves. Therefore, the Abbasid state strove to eliminate those with opposing ideas, the Kharijites, or those who were ambitious, in order to preserve the unity of society and maintain stability among the people of one city in particular, or the people of Islam in general.

     Therefore, in the course of the research, we tried to explain the position of Othman bin Nahik in preserving the social structure through his role in eliminating the rebels and Kharijites, as the research required dividing it into two sections: the first was / his biography and lineage, where we discussed his name and lineage, as well as his intellectual activity, then his wife and children.. As for the second, it was / the role of Othman bin Nahik in establishing the Abbasid state, which included the role of Othman bin Nahik in getting rid of Abu Muslim Al-Khorasani, as well as the role of Othman bin Nahik in eliminating the Kharijites.
