    This study demonstrates the importance and critical nature of the ministerial post, a newly established and crucial administrative position upon which the Abbasid state was founded. Its role became clearly defined during the Abbasid era, undergoing significant changes. The minister acted as the caliph's representative in managing state institutions, directly overseeing them, and striving for their development.
