Time in the Holy Quran and the foundation of Islamic rulings

Abstract

Time is an important element in organizing worship, transactions, and legal rulings in Islamic law. The Holy Quran has addressed time in multiple contexts to determine worship, such as the times of prayer, fasting, and Hajj... and transactions, such as selling, options, debts, and retaliation...

Through this research, the importance of time in establishing Islamic rulings was emphasized, and how time affects understanding the rulings and applying them in daily life, and analyzing the verses that deal with time and interpreting the verses in light of the Islamic and historical context and how Islamic law provides ease and flexibility in applying these rulings in a manner that is consistent with the different circumstances of Muslims.

The research deals with time and rulings related to worship, time and rulings related to transactions, and a conclusion of the most important results and recommendations.
