Abstract

Educational studies are still receiving wide attention because of their great impact in building the human being, a building free of moral and behavioral deviations that have begun to be spread by organizations hostile to humanity, as well as those that are hostile to Islamic law and accuse it of backwardness. However, Islam considers the moral system the third pillar of their law after divine knowledge and legal rulings, because it aims to educate the Muslim person to live in peace and security. Ethics are a set of rules and behavior taken from the Holy Quran and the biography of the Greatest Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and the fragrant biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them). Therefore, I chose the covenant that Imam Ali (peace be upon him) wrote to his governor of Egypt and one of his noble companions (Malik al-Ashtar), may God be pleased with him. This covenant is a constitution that can be applied in any country in the world, regardless of its belief and religion, because it is based on human and educational values
