Abstract

    The Kiddiya is the main theme in Maqamats, as it is the main theme on which the Maqamats were established in its treatment of community issues since its inception in the East and after it in Andalusia, and is considered one of the most important topics and the closest to people's lives. As an art that was established as an expression of society at a stage in its life, when poverty was appear and society passed through circumstances that push some of its members to practice this kind of life, which people ask for money, but in different ways, as they resort to the trick to earn this money.
