The level of organizational commitment among Al-Mustansiriya University employees from their point of view
Abstract
The research aimed to identify the level of organizational commitment among Al-Mustansiriya University employees from their point of view. The descriptive approach was used by distributing a questionnaire to a sample of (65) male and female employees. The results showed that the level of organizational commitment of Al-Mustansiriya University employees، from their point of view، is high. The results showed statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender in all areas except the area of responsibility towards the employer. As for the overall
tool، the differences were in favor of male professors. The researcher proposed a number of recommendations and proposals،the most important of which Recommendations ---Strengthening organizational commitment among male and female employees through seminars and workshops
