The Effect of the Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy

Abstract

      The current research aims to identify environmental awareness among sixth-grade primary school students. The researcher built the scale according to cognitive theory (Simmons, 2003). The scale consists of (18) items distributed over three areas, then it was verified the psychometric properties of the scale, the researcher designed the counseling program for the purposes of verifying the research objectives in the style of rational emotive behavioral therapy for (Alice). The program was applied to the experimental group, distributed over (11) sessions, two sessions on each week.
