This article presents a study of the jurisprudential (fiqhi) and usuli (legal-theoretical) foundations employed by Imami jurisprudence and the legitimate ruler (Waliyy al-Amr) in managing the affairs of the Islamic state. It focuses on deriving legal rulings related to governance and politics based on scriptural texts, rational principles, and contextual factors such as time and place. The study highlights the significance of these foundations in realizing social justice and comprehensive development.
