Extent of Adherence of Islamic Education Textbook Content for the Middle School Level to Total Quality Standards in Modern Education

    The study aimed to identify the extent to which the content of Islamic Education textbooks for the middle school level adheres to total quality standards. The researcher designed a tool for total quality standards, which consisted of twenty criteria. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population and sample comprised Islamic Education textbooks taught to the first, second, and third intermediate grades. The research results showed that the criterion for achieving the general objectives of the subject ranked first with a frequency of (20) occurrences and a percentage of (66.6%). In contrast, the criterion "content helps acquire thinking skills" ranked last, with only (1) occurrence and a percentage of (3.33%).
